Tipper Hire Northumberland – Company Policy

Rock Haulage Limited has a policy of consistently investing in and updating the fleet of vehicles. This ensures we can offer tipper hire in Northumberland for our customers with the most suitable vehicles for the job in hand. It also means we comply with the most stringent emission standards.

As our fleet is updated we aim to update our facebook page in turn (maybe – we’re getting there with social media but our focus is still very much on making sure you get the best tipper at the right time and for the right price.)

Swap Body System

Several of the fleet have a swap body system which ensures that we have the right body for every application. This means that a chassis cab can pick up the most appropriate body for our customers requirements. We have bodies to carry out various specialised tasks, these being:-

• Bodies designed to carry blocks of Rock Armour with the only limitation on size being the lifting capacity of the excavator grab being used to load the vehicle,
• General purpose steel bodies for aggregates, muck shifting and demolition work.
• Insulated aluminium bodies for aggregates and tar products.
• We also have a 10 tonne carrying capacity wagon to cater for customers requiring small loads, and where access to intended tipping area is restricted.
